Update on US delays  

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing some delays with our fulfilment services in the US. This is a result of the East & Gulf Coast Longshoremen Strike and the devastation of the hurricane that has impacted the states of GA, TN, NC and SC. This has meant that some postal services are currently not delivering mail, and some roadways used to transport mail to other sections of the country are damaged or closed with ongoing recovery efforts. We have also been advised ‘mail in voting’ will take priority over magazines between now and November 5th due to the upcoming elections. 

This has resulted in continued delayed to postal services. We are working closely with our Customer Service teams and fulfilment partners directly in the US to keep us updated on the situation. 

Customers for whom we hold an email will be sent an email with a link to a digital copy of their issue whilst awaiting the physical copy. Customers for whom who we do not have an email address, select ‘Please update my email address’ using the form on this page and include your details so we can send you a digital copy.
